Open numbers
You see the same numbers we do. The plan, what it cost, what came back, and what we changed afterwards.
JP Management was founded in Germany. We started after meeting creators who had great content but too little time for planning, distribution, and talking to fans.
In the beginning it was simple: we wrote weekly content plans, answered messages in each creator's voice, and kept the setup running smoothly. Word spread, and what began in Germany grew internationally-today we work with creators and teammates across many countries and time zones.
Our approach stays the same: listen, plan, test; keep what works and cut what doesn't. Clear communication, transparent numbers, and steady payouts-no big promises, just consistent work.
What stays the same on every account we run
You see the same numbers we do. The plan, what it cost, what came back, and what we changed afterwards.
We plan, distribute, and answer the messages. You record. Neither half works on its own, so both sides have to hold their end.
No template gets copied onto your account. We write in your voice and build the plan around the way you already work.
We test one change at a time, keep what works, and cut what does not. That is slower than a relaunch and it holds up longer.
You are not a client we hand deliverables to. We put the options and the reasoning behind them on the table, and the next step gets decided together.
The team has run creator accounts for years. We start from what the numbers show and decide from there what to try next.
Each part of the work sits with the people who do it every day
This team plans where posts go, watches which platforms and posting times perform, and reports what actually sends traffic to your paid page.
From the weekly plan to the finished post: we sort what gets shot, what gets published where, and what stays in the archive.
Chatters work in shifts, nights included, and answer in your voice with your boundaries and your prices. They also follow up before a subscription runs out.
This team runs the account itself: the posting calendar, the subscription price, the bundles and the tip menu. Prices get tested, and the version that earned more stays.
Before anything goes live we go through your account, your goals and your current numbers on a call, and write the plan the other teams work from.
When your content turns up where it should not, this team files the takedowns and keeps checking for re-uploads. They also keep your real name apart from your creator name.
Before JP, Laura ran the whole account by herself and had no time left for planning or for answering her fans.
With JP she built a tailored OnlyFans strategy, focusing on authenticity and direct engagement.
Today she records and we run the rest. The two videos here are her own words and a recording of her account.
